All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the date of the start of your stay.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival at 6 pm (local time). Beyond that, the hotel will charge for the first night.

The room is available from 3 pm, except in case of early check-in and must be vacated before noon on the day of departure.
